We are so excited about the year ahead! This special edition blog has an important letter from our PTO President, Samanda Sawyer, and highlights our 2026-2027 PTO Board!
Greetings MCE Families,
It is hard to believe we are already into another exciting school year at Madison Crossing Elementary! As we begin the 2026–2027 MCE PTO Membership Drive, I am honored to serve as your PTO President—and even more excited to be experiencing this year as a 5th grade MAVS mom! On behalf of the PTO Board, I want to personally invite you to become a member and partner with us as we continue working alongside our administration, teachers, staff, families, and community to make MCE an amazing place for our children to learn, grow, and thrive. As we embrace this year’s school theme, “Excellence by Design,” we believe excellence is something we create together through intentional partnership, support, and investment in our children. Our membership drive is going on now through September 24, 2026, and every membership helps strengthen our ability to support our school and create meaningful experiences for our students.
This year, we want to remind our MCE community that PTO membership is for more than just parents! We encourage parents, guardians, grandparents, and other family members to join per household and support MCE. We also welcome community partners, businesses, and individuals who care about the success of our school and our students to become part of our PTO family. Whether you are able to volunteer your time, attend an event, contribute resources, or simply become a member, there is a place for you at MCE PTO! We also encourage you to help us spread the word by sharing our membership drive with your neighborhood groups, friends, family, and anyone in our community who believes in supporting Madison Crossing Elementary. Together, we can be intentional about building a stronger school community and creating opportunities that reflect Excellence by Design. Join the MCE PTO today and let’s design excellence together!
